The Women’s Center Illiana has Centers in Illinois and Indiana to better serve you at no cost. All four of our Centers offer Abortion Procedure Consultations and Limited Ultrasound Screenings. We can often schedule an in-person appointment or telehealth appointment for you on the same day.
